Thanks for the input, but this is related to some patriot mythology that doesn’t actually work. Yes, the US can be a corporation, but it isn’t always. Nobody has ever walked out of court for simply saying they are not the corporation. The good news is there is a way to beat the IRS and most administrative government action.
