Lesson 1: Introduction

Can I really show you how to stop paying taxes in just five minutes? Absolutely!

It took me many years to learn all this information. Sometimes I would think I had it, then I would find something that seemed to contradict it. Many times I gave up, thinking this was all a scam. After all, people like Irwin Schiff and Wesley Snipes had gone to prison trying to not pay taxes. The truth is that they made mistakes, and we can learn from them, as so many others have.

There are tens of millions of Americans who are already refusing to pay taxes, and the IRS only prosecutes about one thousand every year. But they aren’t prosecuted for not filing or not paying. In fact, unless you have a corporation, that’s not even a crime! Most people who are prosecuted have made the mistake of lying on official government forms to try to shave a little off their tax bill or get a bigger return. But none of this is necessary. There is a completely legal way to stop paying this tax, because this tax doesn’t apply to most people.

There are a lot of people out there who claim this information is false. Those people have written articles on Wikipedia, and there is even a lot of information on the IRS’ own website. After careful examination, you can see that they aren’t even contradicting what I am going to tell you. They are stating factual information that appears to be in conflict, but really isn’t. This will make more sense later on, but what is important now is this: you can not be prosecuted for just hearing what I have to say, doing your research, and verifying everything against official government resources like federal law and supreme court rulings.

Stick around, and I will show you why the income tax is a scam and you should refuse to pay it.
